1. chiefly Texan: a close-knit group of women; friends who band together as often as possible to shop, including but not limited to: yard sales, garage sales, estate sales, flea markets, trade days, antique malls, thrift stores, charity stores, etc.
2. acronym: FAGs is used, in essence, as an acronym for “F***ing Attitude Girls”. no offense is intended, with respect to alternative lifestyles, nor is it implied that we endorse such lifestyle. as it happens, the FAGs are all v. happily married (to men) or happily NOT married to men.
