Hey there! I’m not sure the “world” is reading, but that’s the title I suppose everyone gets for their first blog.

A little about me … I’m a mother of three (Alan, 27, Tara, 25, Matt, 14), a school nurse (RN) by trade, and wife of my best friend, Ben.

IF I could make a living out of it, I’d love to open an antique/vintage junk shop! I adore shabby chic, vintage items and like to make my own creations from vintage treasures. Sometimes they turn out pretty cool … sometimes like crap. I never know!

We’ll see how this works out … I’d like to post wonderful pictures of my crafting/shabby chic/vintage projects in the future, but for now, I’ll just share with you some creations that I’ve purchased from a wonderfully talented lady named Sue (http://vintagesue.wordpress.com) and are now proudly displayed in my home.

Thanks for visiting!
